We were thrilled to return to the Regency at Berlin Homeowners Association for another landscape renovation, following the successful installation of their front entrance landscape. This time, we were tasked with revitalizing the landscaping around the clubhouse, which had become overgrown and was blocking the windows, creating a tired and outdated look.

The homeowners association wanted a fresh, low-maintenance landscape for their main gathering area, so we removed the old, overgrown plants and replaced them with new, easy-to-maintain plantings and a fresh layer of mulch to enhance curb appeal. Additionally, the clubhouse was experiencing drainage issues with downspouts causing water to collect near the building. We resolved this by installing an underground drainage system, tying in the downspouts and redirecting the water to a pop-up emitter away from the structure.

To complete the transformation, we installed new sod in front of the clubhouse, giving the area a clean and welcoming look. This project not only refreshed the appearance of the clubhouse but also addressed long-term maintenance and drainage concerns.
